I have worked in Theatre for most of my career. I have participated either as Director, Actor, Choreographer (or all three) in over 100 productions.
University Theatre - In 2000, I began working at Gonzaga University and Whitworth University in the Theatre Departments. At Gonzaga, I have directed dozens of plays, musicals, and annual Spring Dance Concerts.
During my 10 years at Whitworth, I choreographed many of the shows and directed their year-end showcase performances.
In 2005, I collaborated with Religious Studies professor Dr. Linda Schearing to create an original work about biblical women. The show is called Weaving Our Sisters' Voices, and more information on it can be found on this website: as-dh.gonzaga.edu/weaving-our-sisters-voices
Old Orchard Community Theatre - In 1998 I became a founding member of Old Orchard Theatre. From 1998 to 2011, I directed and choreographed the annual show up on Green Bluff at our little community theatre. We produced these shows to build community and to raise money for college scholarships. In my time as director of Old Orchard Theatre we raised almost $70,000, produced 15 shows and built an audience of almost 1,000 each year.
Sample of work:
Dido & Aeneas, A Chorus Line, Jesus Christ Superstar, Chicago, Weaving Our Sisters’ Voices, Pippin, Godspell, When In Rome…, etc.
